Slack is the only integration you can configure directly in the Console today. Contact us about other collaboration tools, help desks, channels, and internal APIs as an enterprise integration.

Enterprise inquiryThese channels cannot currently be configured in the Console. Availability follows a separate channel-policy and operating-scope review.

Enterprise inquiryTicket creation and customer-data delivery require a separately scoped enterprise integration.
MCP · Webhook
Enterprise inquiryInternal tool calls and inbound external webhooks are not currently self-service features.
Current self-service scope
Slack Incoming Webhook is the only integration that can be saved and tested in the Console. Slack receives only first-conversation and human-escalation notifications from the web widget. Failed-conversation summaries, daily reports, Discord, KakaoTalk Channel, Zendesk, MCP, and generic Webhooks are not currently implemented as self-service features.
Recommended setup order
- 1. Create an Incoming Webhook in Slack and save the URL in the Console integration settings.
- 2. Send a test notification, then enable first-conversation and escalation notifications.
- 3. For other channels, tickets, tools, or webhooks, align requirements and security scope through an enterprise inquiry.
